Full Wedding Coordination Package

$3,000 (Based off of 120 guests or less. For extra guests an additonal planner is required $600 for up to 6hrs) 

This Package is exclusively designed for couples that need help through the entire process

• Four in Person Meetings

• Venue walk through

• Vendor Recommendations: we find the perfect vendors, get availability and pricing for you, making it easier to decide on who you want to hire, without having to do the search

• Assisting in sending wedding invitations, packaging wedding   favors or getting paper items printed and organized if needed

• Unlimited calls, texts or emails 24/ 7

• Timeline Creation (Ceremony, Party y Photography)

• Day of Coordination (All services includes in the day of coordination package)

• Emergency Kit to address any concerns for adjusting wedding party attire and emergencies (fashion fixes, medical kit, blister attention and spare attire details for last minute styling and makeup necessities)

• Pre and Post Ceremony Bridal Touch ups. Attend last dress fitting

 

Partial Coordination Package

$2,000 (Based off of 120 guests or less. For extra guests an additonal planner is required $600 for up to 6hrs) 

 

Package Includes

• Two in person meetings

• Venue Walk-through (part of the meetings)

• Complete wedding management and dayof execution

• Unlimited calls, texts or emails 24/7

• Monthly check-ins to ensure discussed details are going as  planned

• Timeline Creation (Ceremony, Party y Photography)

• Vendor Management

• Review vendor contracts and provide vendors referals

• Set- up and styling of all wedding elements

 Day of coordination (All services included in the day of

  coordination package)

• Emergency Kit to address any concerns for adjusting wedding party attire and emergencies (fashion fixes, medical kit, blister attention and spare attire details for last minute styling and makeup necessities)

• Pre and Post Ceremony Bridal Touch ups

Day Of Coordination Package $850 

(up to 10 hours $75 for each additional hour)

(Based off of 120 guests or less. For extra guests an additonal planner is required $600 for up to 6hrs) 

Package includes

 

  • Venue Walkthrough & contact
  •  Set Up Décor  (guest book, cake sets, menus, placecards, favors, etc)

  • Manage Timeline  (Ceremony, Party y Photography)

  • Review vendor contracts and provide vendors referals

  •  Monitor all vendors from check in to check out

  •  Distribute vendor payments and Gratuities 

  • Guide the newlyweds through their reception

  •  Return personal décor and gifts at the end of the evening Basic Emergency Kit
